BLended learning
A flexible learning environment where traditional classroom learning is blended with online learning.
Getting Started
Flipped ClassroomOne of the Blended Learning strategies implemented in many classroom worldwide is Flipped Learning. In a Flipped Classroom the main instructional content is delivered outside of the brick and mortar classroom. The normal "lectures" and discussions are recorded for student to watch outside of classroom time (often at home) and additional resources are provided online. This provides students the time to learn and take notes at their own pace while opening classroom time for a focus on questions and practice. The may key to flipping successfuly is that the videos must provide opportunities for student to interact with the content. This can be through questions,

PlaylistsPlaylists also switch up traditional classroom instruction. Teachers curate playlists that contain an entire unit, including access to all the lessons and materials ahead of time. Students work through the lessons and assignments (including instructional videos or text and assessment/reflection) at their own pace. Students each receive their own copies of the playlists, which allows the teacher a wide range of customization for student’s needs.
